Yes, even a graduate can enrol for this program. To apply for this program, students need 12 th School Leaving Certificate.
It’s not a must. One can look for better opportunities elsewhere but trend is that the candidates prefer to work for the same employer if they are satisfied with each other.
Once all the necessary documents are provided (including B1 Certificate), it takes usually maximum 60 days to complete the process to go to Germany.
No, for this program, the maximum age limit is 30 years. But, people above 30 years of age having some trade experience and knowledge of German can look for job opportunities in Germany.
It depends only on the employer and vocational school. A student may get admission in any of Germany’s 16 states.
Yes, to be able to qualify for the vocational training in Germany, once should know German up to B1 level. One should qualify B1 Goethe or telc exam.
It is preferable to have very basic knowledge of English in order to learn German.

A trainee under the vocational training program for 3 years can earn a minimum of EUR 900/month in the first year, EUR 1050/month in the second year and a minimum of EUR 1200/month in the third year. The salary could be more depending on various factors such as employer, skills and performance of the trainee etc. There are even chances to get overtime allowances.
During the vocational training, one can not study another course in university in Germany.
Mid-term tests and a final exam in 3rd year are conducted. Based on the performance the
certification/ diploma is issued.
Once the students are well prepared to enter the job market, the firms that participate in their training are more willing to hire them when they graduate.
Students can, after completing the training, work anywhere in the world. Based on the trade and language skills of the students, the countries like Switzerland, Austria, Luxemburg, Finland and Germany prefer giving employment to these candidates.
Students who get enrolled successfully in vocational training get accommodation, food and insurance for 3 years.
Above this, students get a salary of minimum Euro 900 per month for 1st year, Euro 1050 per month for 2nd Year and Euro 1200 per month for 3rd Year.
